Use photos to resolve a specific mismatch.
Ask for readable size labels on both shoes, a view of the pair together and any measurement that could change your decision. A tape must have a visible start point and unit.
Different camera angles can make shapes look different. A familiar silhouette or logo is not evidence of authenticity, material composition or comfort.
Decide what happens to the box.
Ask whether retaining or removing the box changes protection, packing dimensions, fees or the available route. Obtain a quote for the package you intend to ship rather than treating the shoe weight as the parcel weight.
